City Rebates & Assistance Programs
To encourage the construction of garden homes in Toronto, the city offers rebates and other financial assistance. We can assist home owners and investors with their application process and submitting all required documentation.
Homeowners may consider leveraging their existing property by adding a garden suite as an income generating asset rather than purchasing secondary real estate that is costlier without initiated government assistance.
Financial Rebate
After construction of your Garden Suite is complete, various rebate programs are available. Get up to 5% of all money spent on construction of your ADU.
Forgivable Loan
The City of Toronto has committed to offering conditional forgivable loans of up to $50,000 toward the construction of your garden suite.
